The following schedule outlines the hourly rates billed for each telesales agent meeting the minimum bi-monthly sales expectation level, which varies according to the average cumulative sales performance per agent. For instance, if your call center has 5 agents and the average sales per day for all agents combined is 2 sales, then each agent will be billed $18.00 an hour.

Results: After one year there are 28 agents on the campaign each earning $14.50 per hour. The call center is earning $64,380 per month, with total cumulative call center earnings of $398,500 with this conservative ramp-up strategy

Earnings Payment frequency is bi-monthly (twice a month) using International Wire Transfer. For services rendered from 1st to 15th the payment date is the 21st. For services rendered from 16th to 30th the payment date is the 7th of the following month. Earning Payments will only be sent for the amount of average agents that have met the minimum bi-monthly performance requirements. If the average agent average performance is less than the minimum bi-monthly requirement then the total number of agents billed will be reduced until the average minimum sales requirement is achieved.
CALL CENTER REQUIREMENTS
The following are the requirements for Call Centers interested in trying this opportunity, which will be included in the Service Level Agreement.

Minimum of 5 telesales agents required at any time.

In order to maintain the minimum agents required plan for ramp-up and growth to counter attrition.

All Agents must have high level English skills with B2B Outbound Cold Calling Experience.

A typical agent works 40 hours a week (5 x 8 hour days).

Minimum 0.075 sales per hour (6 successful sales) is required bi-monthly per average agent. (average agent = the combined sales performance of all agents divided by the number of agents)

At the end of each bi-monthly period and prior to the payment date a completed Sales Report must be submitted for invoicing and reconciliation purposes.

The maximum hours per week that can be billed per average agent meeting the minimum bi-monthly performance requirement is 40 hours.

The call history of all businesses dialed is to be imported into our CRM on a weekly basis.

All successful telesales are to be voice recorded and uploaded to our FTP server on a weekly basis

All tuned sales scripts are to be uploaded to our FTP server.
